Concrete Delamination
This London property was in dire need of remedial action given it extensive concrete delamination which presented danger to its users. Its windows were in damaged condition with lintels falling off and debris getting past their seals. Called to access and resolve the situation, we were happy to help this client bring their property back to full health.

The Problem:
This property in Surbiton, London, was found to have its windows in a damaged condition with their lintels falling off. This damage was the result of having its limestone and concrete materials improperly installed and without reinforcing bars to support them. This further led to debris getting into the window seals which expanded and blew the window seals off. In all, this ended up creating concrete delamination to a great extent and across the whole property which was quite dangerous.
The Solution:
Once we had accessed the situation, we rectified it by replacing the lintels by propping and cutting them, and then installing new ones. This allowed us to further address the other issues the build held and resolve its overarching structural damage.
