To rectify a structural failure of this magnitude, superficial reinforcement is entirely insufficient. Our technical team engineered a comprehensive remediation programme designed to permanently resolve the geotechnical instability.

The project commenced with the controlled, highly secure demolition of the failing wall. Following the extraction of the compromised masonry and extensive site clearance, our engineers excavated and installed deep, structurally verified foundations. This provided the exact ground-bearing capacity required to construct a completely new retaining wall. The rebuilt structure was engineered with significantly enhanced structural strength, designed specifically to manage the exact load calculations of the Windsor hillside.
