  • Lateral Restraint: For walls that are bowing or separating from the floor joists, we install lateral restraint ties. These connect the façade back to the internal timber floor diaphragm, securing the wall in place without the need for unsightly pattress plates.
  • Lintel Repair: Failed soldier courses or sagging window arches can often be saved. We install masonry reinforcement above the opening to create a new load-bearing lintel within the brickwork itself.
