The Problem:

This factory unit, which was originally built on an inadequate foundation, was found to hold a plethora of structural problems. The whole building had been affected by the inadequacy of its foundations which rendered it completely unsafe and made it suffer from an extensive amount of structural movement.

The Solution:

As a means to solve the grave problems we identified, we underwent emergency propping work, took down the old gable and rebuilt it completely. In all we ended up installed new and improved foundations which were built to a standard which should have been applied to the property when it was first built.
