Selling Sunset – Most Expensive Homes Infographic

As we all eagerly await for the next season of the hit TV show Selling Sunset to come out, we have created an infographic on the jaw-dropping houses which have been sold by the cast at The Oppenheim Group.

Interested in all things home and property related, we have created an infographic displaying which one of our cast members have been responsible for the sales of the top 10 most expensive homes sold on the show, along with interesting facts regarding each property.

1. Hillside Avenue

This Hollywood Hills estate sold for a record $35.5 million.

With amazing 300-degree city views, a roof top deck, movie theatre, wine cellar, sauna, plunge pools, message therapy and much more, this Hollywood Hills property was impressively sold by Jason for a record of £27.4 million.

2. Bird Streets

Another record sale: $23,000,000 The Bird Streets mansion.

This mansion located on Bird Streets boasts incredible panoramic city views, an outdoor deck, guesthouse, spa and much more! It was sold for a whooping £16.7 million.

3. Loma Vista Drive

Loma Vista Drive, Beverly Hills – $12.49 million.

This Beverly Hills Balinese-inspired home with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an outdoor oasis with an infinity pool, a Loi pond with a waterfall and fire pit was sold for £9.1 million by Christine.

4. Beverly Grove

Beverly Grove, Hollywood Hills – $10.69 million.

Located a short walk from the Sunset Strip, this Hollywood Hills property has five baths, a large cinema room, a gym, massage room and spectacular 180 degree views of Los Angeles. It was sold for £7.8 million.

5. Lower Bird Street

Lower Bird Street – $9.2 million.

This Doheny Drive mansion with double gates leading to a motor court big enough for eight cars has a gorgeous garden where Mary and Romain hosted their wedding, which Mary also sold on the day of for £6.7 million!

6. Evanview Drive

Evanview Drive Los Angeles – $8 million.

Featuring a gorgeous pool, jacuzzi, floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view, this Los Angeles property holds three bedrooms, three bathrooms and was sold for £5.8 million.

7. Bel-Air

This Bel-Air estate was sold by The Oppenheim Group in July

This mansion in Bel-Air with incredible decor, a curved double staircase in the entrance hall, a stunning kitchen and dining room, outdoor pool, tennis court and basketball court was sold for £5.8 million.

8. Miller Place

Miller Place, Hollywood Hills – $6 million.

Located in the Hollywood Hills, this stunning property holding three bathrooms and incredible views of the neighbourhood was sold by Christine for £4.35 million.

9. Harold Way

Harold Way, Hollywood Hills – $5.49 million.

This quirky looking property in Hollywood with views over downtown has a spectacular pool and chef kitchen overlooking the open plan living space. It was designed by famous architect Harry Gizner and sold for £4 million.

10. Laurelwood

Laurelwood, The Valley – $6 million.

Located in The Valley, this property boasts seven bathrooms, an expansive chef’s kitchen, a 22 square foot garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, walk-in closet, and much more. It was sold by Chrishell for £3.2 million.
