GROUND STABILISATION

We can help solve your re-levelling, ground stabilisation and void filling issues.

WHAT IS GROUND STABILISATION?

Ground stabilisation is where soils are altered to enhance their physical properties. Ground stabilisation is a process of raising your property up to its original position by injecting fluid under your support to re-level your structure. Stabilisation can increase the shear strength of a soil and/or control the shrink-swell properties of the soil, thus improving the load bearing capacity of  sub-grade to support pavements and foundations.

Ground Stabilisation Process

The complex process involves identifying how much your structure has sunk and the parts that are most affected, drilling keyhole-sized entry points through your foundation for injection tubes, injecting non-toxic inert cement and resign grouts and keeping track of re-levelling.

Advanced Stabilisation Methods

This method of ground stabilisation is an advanced alternative to processes such as underpinning and piling which are both costly, time consuming and involve excavation.
